4. Orders from outside the UK will be despatched once the payment has cleared
5. All goods remain the property of the Company until paid in full

Returns Policy

All returns require prior authorisation from us so that we can resolve any problems or complaints that you may have. We can not be held responsible for lost or damaged items during transit. You are responsible for ensuring that all items are suitably packed and insured.

All goods are covered for defects by the manufacturers' 12 month warranty.
